Baby & Me Aquafitness
Fitness for parents and splash time for kids; Have fun with your child and stay in shape!

This post-baby aquafit class will be a cardio and muscular endurance workout that will ease you back into shape while introducing your baby to water. Strengthen your core and incorporate your baby through different movements and activities. This class is a great way if you’re looking for active things to do with your toddler.

The class will run for 35-40 minutes, followed by 10-15 minutes of free time with your baby. Babies will be seated in a safe & comfortable floating device that remains in direct contact with the parent. Babies should be 5-24 months. Please dress baby in an official swim diaper.

Deep Water Aqua Jogging
This program held in the deep end of the pool, with instructor Janet Hamilton offers a low to high intensity aquajogging class, which will also incorporate aerobic movement and toning exercises. This class is perfect for injured joggers because it provides the same benefits as jogging on land, but without the impact on the joints.
